p5qpl-am always goes to cmos screen

my client phoned me about the problem, over the phone, we have tried different keyboard, and restore the default CMOS setting, problem still there.
Tomorrow, I will do following:
1. check if there are any new plugged in devices, like usb pen drive…
2. use asus ez flash2 to upgrade the bios, if I can do it, I will use cd instead of usb pen drive, since I found the pen is very easy to transfer virus, I don’t trust it any more.
3. reset the jumper on the motherboard, of course take out the battery first.

Continued:
I have brought it back, at his home, I have done BIOS update, same thing.
With MHDD, at least the H.D.D got problem, some bad sectors.
