1. Run registry editor, regedit.exe
2. search for: OGAADDIN.connect
in the right pane, if you can find: Load Behavior
then modify the value data from 3 to 0.
don’t stop, continue to search, you will find more. change all you find the value from 3 to 0.
remove and disable OGA office not genuine notifications, uninstall KB949810
