Data Recovery: IDE to USB adaptor, SATA to USB adaptor

Some hard disk drives have certain problem, when you try to retrieve data from them, you might use IDE to USB adaptor/SATA to USB adaptor, sometimes you always lucky, but certain hard drives can’t be recognized by windows system.
