solution: take out the paper tray, make sure the arrow is aligned with LTR.
Solution:
Move the blue media guides on Tray 2 to be set to “Letter” (Assuming you have letter media loaded).
Steps:
A) Open Tray 2 and remove media from Tray 2
B) Lift the front of Tray 2 and pull out, and remove the tray from the printer.
C) Adjust both of the blue guides to be set at “Letter”
D) Re-install the tray and media into Tray 2
E) Verify the size for Tray 2 is now set to “Letter”, and not “Any Custom”
