copy the shortcut to xp mode :
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\
after a minute, in windows 7 host, click start, all program, expand “windows virtual PC“ ，you should find the new app shortcut in the list, just right click send it to desktop, then you can pin it to taskbar if you like.
