The best solution:
(I spent 2 days, try again and again, this is best way to do:)
1. If you only need BootCamp for your windows, the best solution: install the fresh MacOS to the new SSD, then use Bootcamp assistant to install windows OS, after it restart for the windows installtion, you can cancel this installation or just install it, then you can use clone software to clone your original Bootcamp partition to the new created the bootcamp partition, then restart, your original windows OS back to working!
2 If you need your MacOS working as well, you can try to clone your original Mac partition to the new SSD, then use Bootcamp assistant to install windows OS, after it restart for the windows installtion, you can cancel this installation or just install it, then you can use clone software to clone your original Bootcamp partition to the new created the bootcamp partition, then restart, your original windows OS back to working!
