memory can’t be written
tried to delete the following file, but the problem is still there.
C:\Documents and Settings\”your user name”\Local Settings\Temp\RtkBtMnt.EXE
delete RtkBtMnt.exe
Solution:
msconfig,
go to “startup” tab ,
disable the entry of “RtkBtMnt.exe”
