on the laptop, the Lubuntu has to connection for internet: WIFI and ethernet wired.
first test was working, after reboot, IP is shows London, after 10 mins, refresh the IP, back to my original IP. also, the expressvpn didn’t disconnect the internet connection as they promised for privacy.
not happy with it.
Windows 10 seemed working all right.
