1. 一定重装MACOS, 然后用bootcamp assistant分区，安装windows, 重启后，等一会让windows安装，或者就取消安装，其实就是要有刚刚bootcamp assistant划好的分区，用paragon backup manager把事先备份好的原来的bootcamp分区恢复到这个刚刚划好的分区。 恢复分区完成后，从起电脑，windows就一切恢复如初了！ 2. 如果需要原来的macos, 那可以试一下恢复原来备份好的macos分区到新安装的macos分区。 3. 这里我要说明，如果你使用原来的macos的bootcamp assistant去安装新的windows（为了要用它做好的分区），我的情况是不好用：提示无法分区，这个是比较麻烦的，这是为什么我要在第一点就说一定要重装macos
