this problem can be from: if you open a browser, and go to: server name:443,
It seems if the the https site get some non-SSL request, schannel will log error .
some people mentioned the symantec security caused problem.
This should be a bug of ms windows, disabled the schannel logging by setting EventLogging=0, under
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\SecurityProviders\SCHANNEL
