Photoshop has encountered a problem with the display driver

Every time when I just turn on the Photoshop cs5, this error message came out:
Adobe Photoshop CS5 Extended: Photoshop has encountered a problem with the display driver, and has temporarily disabled GPU enhancements. Check the video card manufacturer’s website ofr the latest software. GPU enhancements ca be enabled in the Performance panel of Preferences.

My Graphics card is: ATI/AMD Readon hd2600 pro.
I have updated the driver. But the problem is still there.

Google this problem, I found this answer from adobe website:
If Photoshop fails to launch, crashes, or disappears because of a GPU problem, Photoshop turns off Enable OpenGL Drawing. The next time you open Photoshop, you will see the error message, “Photoshop has encountered a problem with the display driver, and has temporarily disabled GPU enhancements. Check the video card manufacturer’s website for the latest software. GPU enhancements can be enabled in the Performance panel of Preferences.

Important: After this error displays, if you turn on Enable OpenGL Drawing before you update your driver, then Photoshop uses the old display driver and will continue to fail or crash. If you do not turn on Enable OpenGL Drawing, then the GPU won’t be accessed and Photoshop opens.

I remembered now, I were reading a article in Tomshardware, it mentioned about the 2D performance in the driver of ATI/AMD and nvidia.
In my opinion, those two graphics card manufactures they are lazy for the 2D improvement in the device driver, as they think that doesn’t bring any profits, Greedy and nasty people there. 🙁
